David was admitted as a Solicitor in
1998 after completing a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce at
the University of Queensland. David is currently
studying subjects towards a Masters of Taxation through
Atax.
Throughout his career David has had extensive experience
in commercial transactions, body corporate law, business
structuring, taxation and superannuation matters, Wills
and Testamentary Trusts.
Together with Michael Small, David heads up the business
and estate planning department at Small Myers Hughes.
The business and estate planning section has developed a
specific niche market in assisting people in a
professional capacity in tailor making business
structures, which are specific to their line of work.
