Michael Small holds a Bachelor of Laws
degree and was admitted as a Solicitor in Queensland and
New South Wales in 1991. He is one of the few Lawyers in
Australia to have a Post Graduate Diploma in family law.
Michael is also accredited as a family law specialist by
the Law Society of Queensland.
Michael is the past President of the Gold Coast Law
Association and the Gold Coast Community Legal Advice
Centre.
Michael has extensive experience in the areas of family
and business law. Michael’s priority is to work with
clients to identify their objectives, with a particular
focus on structuring property and business transactions
with an emphasis on tax efficiency.
