As a member of the commercial litigation team Mitchell has been involved in a variety of commercial matters. These have included company and trusts disputes, debts recovery and enforcement (including bankruptcy and winding up applications), professional negligence actions and taxation appeals (including disputes with the Australian Taxation Office and the Queensland Office of State Revenue).
As a registered Trade Marks Attorney Mitchell has a keen interest in Intellectual Property Law and throughout his studies has primarily focussed on Intellectual Property Law and Dispute Resolution.
Mitchell's previous experience in the Taxation and Business & Estate Planning teams included providing advice to clients on a range of commercial and compliance issues, including advice in relation to the Personal Property Securities Act (PPSA), structuring and insolvency.

Mitchell was admitted into practice in 2010 and holds a Bachelor of Laws and Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology.
