This document outlines why Small Myers Hughes (SMH Lawyers) may gather personal information from you, how it will be handled and how you may request access to the personal information we have on file.

Information which is easily accessible will be provided to you free of charge. However, information which is more difficult to access may have a fee associated with the request.
