Overview

Asha is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law, and has extensive experience in that area, ranging from complex property settlements, parenting matters, child support issues and binding financial agreements. She has practiced in both Queensland and New South Wales since her admission in 2011.

Asha takes a determined, results driven and pragmatic approach to her matters and achieves commercial solutions, tailored to her client’s needs.

If litigation ensues, Asha brings strong advocacy and negotiation skills to any case, representing clients professionally and comprehensively. In stressful times, her communication skills ensure that clients receive clear, concise options, with assistance, guidance and support to overcome any obstacles in the family law process.

Asha holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. In 2017, she completed her Masters of Law at the University of Queensland, and was placed on the Dean’s Honour Roll in recognition of outstanding academic achievement in a postgraduate program.
