Michael Small is the Director responsible for the Family & Relationship team and the Business & Estate Planning team and has extensive experience in family law, taxation law and business law. Michael holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and was admitted as a Solicitor in Queensland and New South Wales in 1991. He is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and one of the few Lawyers in Australia to have a Post Graduate Diploma in Family Law. Michael is also a Chartered Tax adviser, who together with our tax team seeks to incorporate tax effective solutions into his clients overall strategy.
