Overview
Sian practices mainly in the areas of asset structuring and planning, trusts, estate planning, probate and estate administration in both Queensland and New South Wales, as well as estate litigation.
Sian understands the importance of getting affairs in order so that the wishes of her clients are carried out upon death. She works to ensure the preparation of new Wills, binding death nominations and General and Enduring Powers of Attorney are done to your satisfaction.
Prior to joining Small Myers Hughes, Sian gained her experience in Sydney in the areas of mercantile law, civil and commercial litigation, succession law, family law property settlements and commercial leasing.
Sian completed her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of International Relations at Griffith University, Gold Coast and was admitted as a solicitor to the Queensland Supreme Court in 2013.
In 2021, Sian completed her Masters of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in Estate Planning and Wills and Estates and was awarded the best graduating student prize for her Wills and Estates major.
